Salmon stayed fresh for a couple of days after we picked up our order. Good for poke and sushi. Young Ocean included the condiments (red chili paste, soy sauce, sushi wasabi), which was a plus.

Sizes of fishes are pretty big. I've got about 16 fishes inside the bulk box. I cleaned and seasoned for my own taste, which is less salty than market selling mackerels. Would recommend this product.

I was skeptical at first but this is a very good poke bowl.
easy to order online and quick to fulfill the order and pick up. The salmon was fresh and delicious! We cut them up to eat some as sashimi the day of and stored the rest in the freezer. I highly recommend for gatherings, this is much more fresh and cheaper then any restaurants!
